These terms cover how you may use this website and what you agree to when you book a session, join a program, or buy a product from me.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, purchasing a product or service, or joining a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from it. I may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one that applies.
What I offer
I offer private sessions, group programs, memberships, live and virtual workshops, digital courses, guided meditations, books, and physical products. Everything I offer is educational and supportive in nature. Descriptions, inclusions and pricing are listed on each product page and are subject to change.
Not medical advice
I am a licensed acupuncturist, but nothing on this website or in any session, program, book or recording is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no practitioner-patient relationship is created by your use of this site or purchase of a product. My work is complementary and is not a substitute for care from your physician or licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified provider before making changes to your health regimen, starting a new supplement or essential oil protocol, or discontinuing prescribed treatment. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition or taking medication, speak with your provider first. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Results and personal responsibility
I share what has worked for me and for the people I work with. I cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome — physical, emotional, spiritual or financial. Your results depend on factors outside my control, including your own participation. You are responsible for your own choices and for how you apply what you learn.
Private sessions and readings
Sessions are booked through my calendar after payment. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any change to a scheduled appointment must be made no later than 72 hours beforehand. My schedule is often fully booked, so rescheduling depends on availability and may be a month or more out. Missed appointments without notice are forfeited. For astrology readings, you are responsible for providing accurate birth date, birth time and birth location.
Digital products, courses and workshops
Digital products, courses and recorded workshops are delivered instantly and, where stated, include lifetime access to the materials as long as they remain available. Because they are delivered immediately and in full, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable. Live and virtual workshops are non-refundable; where a recording is included, it is provided after the event.
Membership
Rise & Thrive is a recurring subscription billed monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Access to all member content continues for as long as your membership is active. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and cancelling in your account settings; cancellation stops future billing and ends your access at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are not refunded or prorated. To change plans, contact my customer support team.
Physical products
Books, bookmarks, calendars, soaps and teas are sold through my online store, and the store’s own shipping, return and exchange policies apply at checkout. Essential oils and other products sold by third parties are governed by those companies’ terms.
Payments and chargebacks
All prices are in US dollars. Payment plans, where offered, are a commitment to the full purchase price; missed payments may suspend access until the balance is current. Initiating a chargeback on a delivered product or attended session is a breach of these terms and may result in loss of access.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in my programs — including text, recordings, protocols, workbooks, course materials, images and branding — is my intellectual property and is licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not record, copy, resell, redistribute, share login credentials for, or teach my material as your own. Member content, including recordings and meditations, is available to you for as long as your membership is active and may not be downloaded for redistribution.
Community conduct
My programs and member spaces exist for empaths and highly sensitive people doing real emotional work. Participation requires respect for other members and for the privacy of what is shared. Harassment, discrimination, unsolicited promotion, or sharing another member’s private material may result in removal without refund.

Third-party services and links
This site links to and relies on third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, scheduling tools and my online store. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and I am not responsible for the content or practices of sites I link to.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my products and services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
