Privacy Policy

Information collection, use, and sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request — for example, to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you by email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. If you have agreed to receive text messages, we may also contact you by text, as described in the next section.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, we use that number to send you the messages you signed up for, mainly a daily astrology tip, plus occasional messages about openings for astrology readings and reminders about your sessions. If you share a phone number with us so we can reach you about something you purchased, we use it for that purpose.

We do not share your mobile phone number, or your text messaging opt-in and consent information, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us send messages, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers, and only as needed to deliver them.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email info@desireedelunae.com. Message frequency varies, with about one message a day. Message and data rates may apply.

Have us delete any data we have about you.

Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
