Teas
In Chinese Medicine, a plant is never just a flavor. It has a temperature, a direction, and an organ system it speaks to. The teas I carry are chosen the same way I choose an essential oil or an acupuncture point — for what they move.
Each one is loose-leaf, ethically sourced, and hand-blended in small batches. Steeping one is a few quiet minutes you give back to yourself.
Blue Lotus Tea
Awaken the bridge between worlds
Blue Lotus has been used for thousands of years as a sacred flower — in Egypt for visionary states, in Ayurveda for the heart, in Chinese Medicine for calming the Shen. It is gently euphoric and deeply quieting at once.
It supports improved sleep, enhances dreaming, and increases intuition.
What Blue Lotus opens
Ignite your feminine energy
The flower has been used for centuries to awaken feminine power and receptivity.
Deepen self-awareness
It quiets the surface noise so you can hear what is underneath it.
Activate spiritual gifts
A gentle opening of intuition and the senses that sit beyond the usual five.
Sleep and dream
Supports deeper sleep and noticeably richer, more vivid dreaming.
“Absolutely fantastic! Best relaxing tea ever!”
How to brew it
Boil
Bring water to 180°F, just under a boil.
Steep
Place a single Blue Lotus flower in your cup and pour 8–10 ounces of hot water over it. Steep for 5–7 minutes.
Sip
Breathe deeply, then sip slowly — allowing her essence to open your heart and soothe your nervous system.
More teas are on the way.
