Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender takes us out of the robotic, auto-pilot mode of existence. It causes us to look inwards and re-evaluate how we are running our life.
I don't use Lavender lightly, because it oftentimes leads to a major change. It makes us face uncomfortable truths that we have ignored, suppressed, or pretended that don't exist.
So many people preach "live authentically." My work is all about that, but that word has been over-used and doesn't penetrate the way it used to.
If anyone preaches "authenticity," then I challenge them to use Lavender regularly. It's the ultimate Truth bomb.
If you are at a breaking point in your life, this essential oil will send you over the edge.
It can lead to leaving a relationship, putting in a 2 weeks notice, sitting down and writing that book, cleaning out the garage, moving to another city.
You can't stand the lies anymore. They are no longer tolerable.
