Clear the Lower Frequencies

Every single thought and emotion emits a particular kind of frequency.

There are contracted frequencies that moved very slow and cause stagnation.

Practically speaking, these contracted states will create congestion in your business. Excess fear and frustrations halt forward momentum.

There are also expanded frequencies that move more quickly and create flow.

The goal is to experience more expansive vibrations than contracted ones. That way inspiration and creativity flows, confidence rises, and we joyfully live our purpose. 😌

Shame is the lowest frequency for a human to experience, and creates the most stagnation. Stagnation creates disease in the body, mind and spirit.

If you clear worthlessness (shame), then your whole being expands and love rushes in.
