Desiree de Lunae, L.Ac.

I am a healer, author and licensed acupuncturist with more than two decades of experience in Chinese Medicine and Elemental Medicine. I help empaths and highly sensitive people work with their bodies and their emotions rather than against them.

Food is medicine in this tradition, and the kitchen is the easiest place to start. A cup of the right tea at the right time of year does more than you would think.

Why this tea

Summer Asks Something
Different Of You

In Chinese Medicine, summer belongs to the Fire Element — the season of the Heart, of expansion and connection. When the heat builds without relief you feel it: restless, scattered, irritable, sleeping badly, unable to settle.

This tea is built for that. Cooling, slightly bitter and sweet flavors working together to clear the excess heat, replenish what you sweat out, and keep your Heart calm through the hottest part of the year.
