Shake It Off Protocol

I’m going to teach you a little trick to interrupt the pattern, and shake it off. Take a drop of the following essential oils and apply on location. You can dilute with a carrier oil if your skin is sensitive.

Apply:

  • 1 Frankincense on 3rd eye
