Don't Give Me Fluff

My time is precious. My life is precious. To take my time is to take my life.

One thing that irritates me is the lack of quality content that is shipped out and consumed on the regular.

If I am going to present something, I make sure that it is dense with quality Qi. That a person walks away nourished rather than depleted. That’s one of the reasons why I don’t post a Live every day, because I make sure those are thoughtful and worth listening to.

Empty words that fall flat on the floor are hard to witness and undigestable. It’s like eating plastic.

There are too many people who talk just to hear themselves talk. And they talk without saying anything. Like listening to someone say “um…..um….” a hundred times.

Either liberate me or lift me with your presence and your words. I don’t have time to putz around.

Get to the point, cause there is a lot to fix in this life.
