Another Book?!?
Well of course I got another book in me! And this one is different than the others.
If you haven’t noticed, I love formulas. I was exceptional at Math and Physics in high school. Got a 5 on my AP Calculus BC. I originally planned on biochemical engineering before taking the leap into Chinese Medicine.
I love formulas because they are constant. There is structure and consistency. It gives me a sense of order and certainty.
In a life filled with chaos and uncertainty, formulas give me peace. My nature is to be wild and free, as I am a lot of Fire element. But having formulas in my life keeps me grounded.
Blending essential oils and sharing protocols at my workshops have been the way I play with formulas and experience tried and true outcomes.
Well....essential oils are not the only things I love to put into formulas.
I also love to put WORDS into formulas too! And that is what my next book is about.
I am writing a book on Affirmation Incantations.
A precise arrangement of words, and a proper sequence of statements have the power to weave a different outcome. The arrangement and recitation of these words is a new cause of vibration that lead to a new effect.
And when you use Clear, Nourish and Harmonize (my method) as the approach to affirmations...energy magically rearranges towards harmony.
I am SO thrilled to dive into all this content and practice of proper affirmations. I’ve often said that if done incorrectly, we can create more energetic congestion than release.
More will be shared on this topic throughout this year as I move through the writing process.
