Have you ever done affirmations and found them ineffective? You've probably been told the proper way to do them is to affirm what you want in the present moment as if it already exists. For example, you might say, I am so happy and grateful now that I have my dream job. But what if you can't stop thinking about how you don't yet have it and truly don't believe it is possible or that you are worthy? If our affirmations contradicts what we believe about ourselves we end up rejecting them. I've discovered a MUCH better way.
