Through this 8-week virtual program, we will cover the 5 Elements:

- Fire (Shen): Our light of Inspiration. The What of our lives.

- Water (Zhi): The fueling of motivation and vital energy to complete your soul’s mission.

- Wood (Hun): The way, method, approach towards our inspiration. Clear direction.

- Earth (Yi): The dedication, commitment, the materialization.

- Metal (Po): The becoming, the integration, the dance.

Learn the ancient wisdom that resides in your body and soul.

There will be use of essential oils, herbs, writing, meditations, and more!

The Journey Into Shen Intensive is a live, online intensive combining group calls, actionable resources, and the support of a loving community of like-spirited women.

Recordings of all the classes will be available in your member's library. Attend live as much as possible.

In addition to the five live group calls, you'll also have access to a private Facebook community where you can check in with me and my team, share your experience, and get support from others who are enrolled in the intensive. Never underestimate the power of community.
