REFUND POLICY
All Cosmic Cycles sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and dependent upon availability. Any changes made to your scheduled appointment must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your appointment without the option to reschedule.
Please note also that Desiree's schedule is in high demand and is often fully booked. Rescheduling your appointment will depend on availability and may be a month or more before there is another opening available.
A no show will result in forfeiting your appointment with no option to reschedule.
