I began weaving together the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, astrology, essential oils, and intuitive healing into a synthesis that supports the full arc of creation - from the first spark of inspiration all the way through to integration and embodiment.
Today, as a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, astrologer, and author with 20+ years of experience in Elemental Medicine, I guide people through the art of focused creation. I help you identify what is truly ready to be born through you, align with your cosmic timing, and build the practical foundation needed to bring it to life.
My approach is immersive, intuitive, and deeply grounded. I have a natural way of making complex wisdom - whether astrological, energetic, or practical - easy to understand and implement.

Fire It Up! is a live, online intensive combining group calls, actionable resources, and the support of a loving community of visionary creators.
Inside this container, we will focus on clarifying the ONE creation that wants to be born through you, building the energetic and practical foundation for it to grow, activating momentum and sustained action, and creating structure, strategy, and accountability. This is where ideas move from inspiration to embodiment to execution.
We will utilize essential oils on acupuncture points, dive into your chart, get specific on what area of your life has energy for new creation, and use affirmations to open you up to receive new energies. This intensive is a synthesis of all my intuitive gifts, talents, and medicine to catalyze your transformation and evolution in this new world.
We will gather together as a group over Zoom, starting on March 26th through June 4th. Each call is recorded and available for viewing within 24-48 hours, and you'll have access to all recordings until June 19th, 2026.
Each sacred gathering will last two hours. Bring your essential oils and follow along as we move through the full arc of creation together.
